# Any special request, such as adjacent rooms, interconnecting rooms, rooms on the same floor, king-size/double/Twin bed, early check-in, late checkout, non/smoking room, wheelchair accessible, etc., is subject to availability upon check-in of the guest and is at the hotel’s discretion and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.

# A Refundable deposit is to be paid by the client at the time of Hotel check-in & to be collected directly by the client; we will not be responsible for any issues.

# Bookings including children will be based on sharing parents’ bedding, and no separate bed/Mattress for children is provided unless otherwise stated.

# The information regarding the Hotel, Location, Category, and facilities of the hotel is based on the information available; however, HOLIDAY BASKET Nagpur will not be held responsible for variation, if any.

# Hotel Cost does not include telephone charges, meals (excluding as in includes), wines, mineral water, Drinks/cookies kept inside the small refrigerator in your room, Laundry, any porter charges, expenses of a personal nature, or anything which is not included, etc.

# As per government rules, it is mandatory for all Travellers to show a government-approved photo ID (except PAN card), like a passport, driving license, Aadhar card for Domestic Hotels, and passports for International Hotels.

# If the hotel rooms are not available or cancelled by the supplier/hotel/vendor after bookings due to any reason whatsoever, in that case, we will try to arrange an alternate similar option or will refund the same amount the Traveller had paid at the time of booking for that ‘accommodation only’.

# All Cancellations/amendments for any reason will be applicable as per the hotel/supplier/vendor rules.

# In case you check out from the Hotel before the utilisation of the full reservation & services, No Refund will apply in that case.

# Standard check-in time is 1500 hours and check-out time is 1100 hours; it may vary from hotel to hotel.

Tour cost does not include telephone charges, meals, wines, mineral water, Drinks/cookies kept inside the small refrigerator in your room, optional tour charges of oxygen Cylinder, Overseas Travel Insurance, Laundry, any porter charges, Expenses of a Personal nature, Tour Escort, etc.

No change is permissible once the package is confirmed. For any reason, any cancellations or amendments of the booking are subject to the rules & regulations of the Hotels, Cruise, Airlines, or service Provider Companies.

Each tour passenger is responsible for his or her valid passport and Identification.

Holiday Basket will not be responsible for any problems caused to travellers detained by security due to invalid identification, or official rejection by customs or immigration. Whether the immigration department deports the traveller for any reason, or if any other issues arise in immigration within India or any other country. There is no refund or rearrangement service if there is any deportation or delay by official inspection or detention by Immigration.

• No Guarantees of Visa Approval:

Even if an applicant meets certain requirements, there is no guarantee that a visa will be approved. The consular authority retains the right to deny a visa, even if the applicant seems eligible on paper. 

The acceptance of a visa application does not automatically guarantee the grant of a visa. The visa application may be modified or refused by the Embassy at its discretion.

The itinerary is fixed and no on-ground changes/modifications are allowed at the last minute for any reason.

Kindly be in the lobby for pickup 15 Minutes before the scheduled time, as transport will not wait if you are late, whether it’s sharing or Private. There will be no refund and no alternate arrangements for Missed Connections.

Once the Pickup time is over, the driver will leave, marking it as a No-Show. In that Scenario, no alternative car can be arranged (even if extra charges are paid).

In case the pick-up time is altered by the guest, and any service is impacted due to the same, we are not responsible for any kind of loss.

Some attractions are very specific about the Entry Timings, hence kindly arrive on time to avoid No-shows.

Suppose you face any kind of issue, it is compulsory to inform us during the time of the tour only so that it can be sorted out and rectified. After the completion of the tour/stay or Sightseeing excursion, we will not be liable for any refund/rescheduling, or any alternate arrangement.

Tour itinerary/schedule is subject to change without prior notice depending on Local conditions, and no refund against missed activities due to this.

Every traveller should get Travel Insurance before the tour starts.

Holiday Basket will not be responsible for any loss or damage to a person’s (life or body) or property, luggage, etc., of the tourist due to an accident, theft, or other mishap / unforeseen reasons.

All Services are Booked Separately as per your concern with different vendors/suppliers/companies, hence no connection with each other. In case of missed/delayed/amendment/rescheduled/cancelled any of the services for any reason are subject to the Companies/Suppliers/Vendors’ Terms and conditions.

We will not follow up for your payments, so kindly clear the amount before the deadline; otherwise, companies can cancel the bookings without refund.

# This Voucher is issued irrevocable for the period specified, and the client is responsible for late arrival & early departure.

# Vouchers are not transferable and are valid only for the services mentioned therein.

# Any services not specifically confirmed and noted on vouchers will not be rendered.

# Our Company is not responsible for any illness, loss, damage, theft, injury, death, etc. suffered by the client.

# No Refund would be made for any reason whatsoever unless you have stamped the original Voucher signed by the hotel/company clearly stating that refunds should be made.

# All refunds, if any, will be made after charging suitable communication charges.

# Cancellation charges will be levied for bookings cancelled after the issuance of the vouchers.

# We will not be responsible for any Claim, Refund, or alternate arrangement due to delay/cancellation/rescheduling of the flight, Cruise, Transfer, etc.

# We don’t accept any responsibility for additional expenses due to the changes or delays in air, road, rail, sea, or indeed of any other causes; all such expenses will have to be borne by passengers.

We will/have book/booked flight tickets/cruises/Hotels/sightseeing/Visa applications/Vehicles & all land arrangements according to your instructions & with your concern as a Booking company. plz, check all the documents carefully. If you find any errors, inform us immediately, so that they can be rectified. After that, we will not be responsible for any loss.

Our Company only acts as a Booking company on your behalf and won’t take any responsibility.
